It’s so important to stop, to remind ourselves of all the good things we have in life and the progress we have made, the obstacles we have overcome and the healthy decisions we make each day. It’s what keeps us getting up early, staying on track, and creating our most productive & best days ever!

Take time at the end of each day to list your accomplishments for the day along with who and what you are grateful for in life. At the end of each week, list your #1 memory of that week, and create a “Favorite Memories” Book/List to refer to when you need a little boost, a little nudge or to reach the next level of happiness, health, love or to overcome a hurdle. This takes about five minutes but is so worth it!

Celebrate your successes as that is what brings more fulfillment and happiness into your life.
