Palms Place Hotel and Spa

One of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas resides at Palms Place, Nove Italiano. We have been there quite a few times and each time was as good as the last. If you are curious to see the Playboy Club, diners are allowed up the back way. It's worth a look, as the view is a great shot of the strip. The Palms is owned by the Maloof brothers so it caters to the young, hip beautiful people of Las Vegas. The Palms Spa rates are much lower than some of the others in Las Vegas and offers a wide range of spa services. It’s not really walking distance to the strip, so be prepared to pay for a cab or a good hike to get there.

Red Rock Casino Resort Spa

The Red Rock Casino Resort is also located in Summerlin. The hotel has a free daily shuttle that drops off at the Fashion Mall, which is right across from Wynn/Encore and the Palazzo/Venetian. The hotel is very contemporary and has a great feel to it! If you are traveling with children there is a full blown children's program, as well as a huge bowling alley, video arcade and movie theaters (most movie theaters are in hotels in Vegas). You can even rent a private bowling area or a cabana by one of the numerous pools (we felt like we had our own pool the day we were there). The spa is comfortable and opens up to a private pool for spa patrons and cabana area as well. Most suites are a spacious 525 square feet. The lobby bar is quite a site and the contemporary boutique-feel of the hotel give this hotel consistently high ratings in our book.
